Q: Why do I have to place a separate order for pictures and for videos?
We want to provide you with the very best quality products possible. To do that, we use specialty labs to create our products. Since they are separate labs, they require separate ordering. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: Can I combine promotional codes for photos and videos?
Since they require separate ordering, video orders do not count towards any photo discount offers (Ex: If there is a 10% offer for photo orders over $50, you cannot use video orders to make up the $50, it must be completely photos)
Q: Why are there no individual portraits of my child?
We only take individual photos upon request. If you would like an individual portrait of your child, we take them free of charge and with no purchase commitment after your child's division is finished. Please come by our booth after awards for your child's division is completed.
Q: What is your return policy?
We will replace or refund your money for any photo that you are not completely happy with. We will also replace any defective videos. Please email us for details.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Photo orders ship approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Video orders ship 4 weeks after the event date. Video orders placed more than 4 weeks after the event date will ship in 3-5 business days.
Q: Is Mason Imaging available to do photography or videography for my upcoming event?
We absolutely do other events. Please email us at info@masonimaging.com to discuss dates and prices.
Q: I ordered a competition video before 6/07 and never received it. What can I do?
We were not involved in any of the video sales or production before June of 2007. For any questions on that, please contact the Young Champions office at 1-800-940-7469. We look forward to provide you the same quality videos that you've come to expect from our photo orders.
